This suit was originated by a hill filed by Minter A. Jackson against James D. Wilson, clerk of the County Court of Randoph county, Leland Kittle, the purchaser, and John S. Pisher, the former owner of a tract of one thousand three hundred and seventy five acres, which was sold by the sheriff at a sale of delinquent lands on the 27th of November, 1887, or, as the bill alleges, on the 28th of said month.
