Appellant Mary B. Grigsby brings this appeal from the district court’s entry of summary judgment in favor of her employer, Reynolds Metals Company, on her disparate treatment claims under Title YII and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA). Grigsby objects to the method by which the district court received evidence from the parties on summary judgment, and further claims that the evidence she submitted was sufficient to raise a genuine issue of fact as to Reynolds’ discriminatory intent.
