MEMORANDUM DECISION DISMISSING DEBTOR’S CHAPTER 13 CASE

The Court considers the Chapter 13 Trustee’s (the “Trustee”) motion to dismiss the bankruptcy case of the pro se debtor, Tomas Burgos, Jr. (“Debtor”). The Court grants the Trustee’s motion because the Debtor failed to timely file the schedules, disclosures and other information required by 11 U.S.C. §§ 521 and 1307 and Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 1007, failed to attend his meeting of creditors required by 11 U.S.C. § 341, and failed to attend the hearing on the Trustee’s motion to dismiss that was…
