DECISION AND ORDER
C. ALBERT PARENTE, Bankruptcy Judge.
On February 21, 1984, debtor, Jonathan Drake, was granted a discharge under 11 U.S.C. § 727(b). Thereafter, on March 12, 1984, debtor moved this court for an order authorizing the amendment of his schedule of property claimed as exempt to include (a) an anticipated tax refund in the amount of $300.00, and (b) $50.00 “cash in hand.” The debtor has apprised the court that the trustee has no objection to the granting of debtor’s motion, and in fact notified the debtor of the error in the schedule of exemptions.
