LOPEZ, Judge.

Our previous unpublished Decision in this matter is withdrawn and this opinion is substituted therefor.

This case arises out of an allegedly fraudulent sale of real estate by defendants, who are land developers, to plaintiffs. A jury awarded $60,000.00 in damages to Mr. and Mrs. Wirth (hereafter Wirth). The defendants — two corporations in a joint venture and their shareholders, (hereafter collectively referred to as McGregor, the name of the stockholders) — raise five major points on appeal.
