The plaintiff, Ann Marie DiLibero, appeals from a judgment dismissing her complaint against the defendants Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (MERS), 1 UBS Real Estate Securities, Inc. (UBS), USA Residential Properties (USA Residential), and Rushmore Loan Management Services, LLC (Rushmore).
