The plaintiff in the lower court obtained a verdict of $2,500 for the value of the life of her minor son,-whose death was alleged to have been caused by the negligence of the defendant telegraph company. It appears from uncontradicted evidence, that *261while on his way to church, or returning therefrom, the plaintiffs minor son, John Harris, came in contact with a telegraph wire of the defendant company, which was so heavily charged with electricity that his death resulted.
