Michael H. Connolly appeals an order entered in the Fourth Judicial District, Ravalli County, affirming the Board of Labor Appeals (Board) decision denying unemployment benefits.

We affirm.

Two issues are presented for our review:(1) Whether the District Court erred in finding that the Board’s decision was based on substantial credible evidence?(2) Whether the District Court erred when it determined that no issues of law were before the court?
