I agree that the conclusion reached in the opinion reversing this case is correct, and I have no serious disagreement with the opinion except in the first paragraph thereof.

It is my firm belief that in prosecutions for incest it is permissible, in • corroboration of the testimony of the State, to show acts of familiarity, relationship fondness, intimate association or other acts of criminal intercourse both before and after the act relied upon as the basis of conviction, subject only to the rule that these matters shall be so related in point of time that they will throw some light on, tend…
