This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Monroe County on December 21, 1995, following appellant’s convictions on four counts of possession of a controlled substance, four counts of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Herein, appellant contends that the lower court erred in denying his Pre-Trial Motion to Suppress.
