This is a workman’s compensation case. The examiner, the director of workmen’s compensation, and the district court all denied compensation for permanent disability to the claimant, and he has appealed.

The facts are not in dispute and those pertinent follow: The claimant, Glenn H. Piper, is 56 years of age and was employed by the Kansas Turnpike Authority in October, 1956.
