These are two actions of tort, one by Mary Giacomuzzi, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff, to recover for personal injuries incurred by falling through an opening in the floor of the defendant’s place of business in Milford, and the other by Joseph Giacomuzzi, the plaintiff’s husband, for consequential damages.
