Gribble and Mrs. Ruby Haddaway, now Mrs. Ruby Lightfoot, -and she will be referred to hereafter as Mrs. Lightfopt, to recover title and -possession óf Lots Nos. 28 and 29 in Block 2 of the Nelson Beall Addition to the City of Waco, McLennan County, Texas." ,
