WILKINSON, Chief Judge:
Janet Vaughan brought suit against her former employer under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34, alleging that age discrimination motivated her termination during the course of a corporate downsizing. The district court found that Vaughan had not adduced sufficient evidence that age discrimination was her employer’s real motive for terminating her to survive the employer’s motion for summary judgment.
