FRANK R. MONROE, Bankruptcy Judge.

The Court held hearings on various Motions for Allowance of Administrative Claims as identified on Exhibit A. Pursuant to the record established at the hearings, the argument of counsel, and the Court’s own independent research, this Memorandum Opinion is being entered as Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law under Bankruptcy Rules 7052 and 9014.
