Came before the Court for consideration on the 29th day of January, 1996, the Motion to Compel Payment of Post>-Petition Lease Obligations under 11 U.S.C. 365(d)(3) (“Motion”) filed by Trammell Crow Company and Petula Associates, Ltd.
