This suit was brought by appellee for the possession of, and to quiet the title to certain real estate. She obtained a verdict in her favor on January 16, 1914, and appellants filed a motion for a new trial on February 14, 1914. On February 21, 1914, the motion for a new trial was overruled, exceptions were reserved by appellants jointly and 120 days were given in which to file all bills of exceptions. On the same day the court rendered judgment for appellee. On April 4, 1914, the 72d day of the January term, the same term at which the motion for a new trial was overruled and the judgment…
