Tawanna H. appeals from a juvenile dispositional order adjudging her delinquent for committing disorderly conduct, contrary to § 947.01, STATS., and placing her on one year supervision. Tawanna claims the trial court violated § 938.263(2), Stats., and her rights to procedural due process. The basis for this claim is that following a not guilty finding on a battery charge, the trial court sua sponte amended the juvenile petition to disorderly con duct and found her guilty of the amended charge.
