Raymond C. Benner was appointed-administrator of the estate - of Richard A. Kilts, deceased. Defendant was surety on his bond given upon appointment. Benner died. The defendant surety filed an account. The probate court surcharged the account with certain items, which order, on appeal, was affirmed in circuit court. Defendant has appealed.

The facts are well stated by the trial judge:
