Eddie Lee Gibson (Mrs. Gibson) appeals from a district court judgment affirming the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (Secretary) to deny her application for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits under § 1614(a)(3)(A) of the Social Security Act (codified at 42 U.S.C. § 1382c(a)(3)(A)). The Secretary based this decision on the findings and conclusions of an administrative law judge (ALJ) who held that Mrs. Gibson was not disabled within the meaning of the Act. 1 Mrs. Gibson asserts five bases of error on appeal.
