The state, upon the relation of the named relators, to whom the attorney general was added by an earlier order of this court, filed its complaint and information in the nature of a quo warranto, praying that respondents be ousted and excluded from the lands of relators and barred from using or enjoying any rights, privileges or corporate powers of the City of Reno upon or concerning said lands.
