*322Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Ira Gammerman, J.), entered November 15, 2000, which granted plaintiff bank’s motion for summary judgment in lieu of complaint, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs. Judgment in a separate action, same court and Justice, entered July 2, 2002, which dismissed plaintiff borrowers’ complaint, unanimously affirmed, with one bill of costs.
