Plaintiffs, the Trustees of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 30 Benefit Funds, bring this action to enforce an arbitration order obtained against Defendant Nyack Hospital, an employer that made contributions to the Funds. (Pl.’s Mem. 1-2.) The arbitration order requires that Plaintiffs be allowed to audit Defendant’s books and records. (Id.)
