[¶ 1] Loi Ngo appeals from a judgment entered in the District Court (Portland, Beaudoin, J.) dismissing his motion, filed pursuant to M.R.Crim. P. 1(c), to vacate convictions for sexual abuse of a minor and criminal threatening.
