with whom BORDEN and PALMER, Js., join, concurring. I agree with the majority’s conclusion that the judgment of the Appellate Court affirming the trial court’s judgment awarding custody of the minor child of the defendant, Andrew J. Fish, to the child’s paternal aunt, Barbara Husaluk, over the defendant’s objection must be reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings.
