EVANS, Justice.

This case with all its facets is essentially a suit to recover damages for conversion of corporate stock. After a jury trial, Mrs. Earthman, the plaintiff, recovered judgment on the verdict against her former husband, J. B. Earthman, III, his brother, Robert Earthman, his father J. B. Earth-man, and three Earthman family corporations: Earthman’s, Inc., Mission Life Insurance Company, and Resthaven Memorial Gardens, Inc. She was awarded damages of $325,000.00 for the conversion of her shares of Earthman’s, Inc. stock; $110,-700.00 for her Mission Life Insurance Company stock,…
