Appellant Gary W. Sgouros (“Mr. Sgou-ros”) and G.W. Maintenance, Inc. (“G.W.”), an entity owned by Mr. Sgouros (collectively “Appellants”), appeal the trial court’s judgment in favor of Respondents Rose Lee Landers (“Mrs. Landers”); Den-sil Thomas Boone (“Mr. Boone”); and Patricia Ann Boone (“Mrs. Boone”) (collectively “the Boones”). 1 The trial court’s judgment set aside two real estate conveyances from Mrs. Landers to Mr. Sgouros made on March 17, 2005, on the basis that Mr. Sgouros and his companion, Lester Johnson (“Mr. Johnson”), unduly influenced Mrs. Landers to…
