BORC Building and Leasing Corporation (“BORC”) and Knight Construction Company (“Knight”) (referred to collectively herein as “the Corporations”) appeal the trial court’s judgment ordering specific performance of a land sale and awarding Cowbell, LLC (“Cowbell”), the buyer, attorney fees. The Corporations contend that they had no authority to sell the land, that the signatures executing the contracts were invalid, that the sale was unconscionable, and that it was unconscionable to award Cowbell attorney fees.
