¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment entered on a non-jury verdict in a case involving failed negotiations between the parties to a proposed sale of commercial real estate. Appellee, the prospective buyer, sued appellants, the sellers of the real property in question, for breach of contract and fraud after the property was ultimately conveyed to another purchaser.
