This action, brought by plaintiff Wells Fargo Asia Limited (“WFAL”) to recover funds deposited with the Philippine branch of defendant Citibank, N.A. (“Citibank”), returns to us on remand from the United States Supreme Court, see Citibank, N.A. v.
