Mullen v. Ludlow Hospital Society

John S. Mullen, the plaintiff, brought this action against the Ludlow Hospital Society (the “Hospital”) and two of its administrators, Barbara Rohan and Phillip M. Zsoldos, asserting causes of action in contract and tort against the Hospital and in tort against the administrators. The Superior Court granted the defendants summary judgment on all counts2 and the plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
