Mrs. Behnken for herself and children brought this suit in the court below to set aside an award of the Industrial Accident Board decreeing that they take nothing as a result of the death of L. Behnken, husband and father, respectively, of the claimants. Trial before the court without a jury was had upon -an agreed statement of facts, the first six specifications of which in full are tírese:
