MEMORANDUM-OPINION
JOAN A. LLOYD, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on the Motion for Contempt of Debtor Raymond L. Powell against Creditor Kenneth Span-genberger a/k/a Kenneth Spangenberger d/b/a Spanky’s Auto Sales (“Spangenber-ger” or “Creditor”). The Court considered the Debtor’s Motion, the Response of the Creditor and the comments of counsel for the parties at the hearing held on the matter. For the following reasons, the Court DENIES the Motion for Contempt.
