This is an appeal by Mary Jane Smith from a June 30, 1992, order of the Circuit Court of Mineral Count granting her a share of the military pension of her former husband, Appellee John Francis Smith, based upon a coverture factor of sixteen years, eleven and one-half months. The lower court also declined to order the Appellee to designate the Appellant as the beneficiary on a military survivor benefit plan.
