In these two separate, but nevertheless related, appeals, Todd Daniel Jones (hereinafter “appellant”) challenges both the denial of his petition for post conviction collateral relief, filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act, (hereinafter “PCRA”), 42 Pa.
