This is an appeal by the plaintiffs, James D. Murray and Jeanne F. Hoffman, individually and as trustees of certain trusts created in the wills of Edward F. Murray, Sr. and Esther M. Murray, from judgment entered in the Riley District Court quieting title to certain real estate in the defendant, Albert D. Wood, and quieting title to certain other real estate in the defendants, Frank Miller, Jr. and Winifred Miller.
