Kimball, was arrested on August 6, 1993, and charged with a violation of Upper Arlington City Code 353.01(A), operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a drug of abuse, or both; Upper Arlington City Code 353.01(B)(2), operating a motor vehicle having a concentration of .10 of one gram or more by weight of alcohol per two hundred ten liters of breath; and a violation of Upper Arlington City Code 351.05, being left of center.
