{¶ 1} Appellant, Michael Akers, appeals his conviction in the Municipal Court of Ironton for operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol ("OVI") in violation of RC. 4511.19(A)(4).1 Appellant contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress the results of an alcohol breath test.
