On June 7, 2017, Miguel Más de León (hereinafter, the "Plaintiff") filed a Complaint (Docket No. 1) against Banco Popular de Puerto Rico (hereinafter, "Banco Popular") and Kenneth Colondres (hereinafter, "Colondres"). In response to the Complaint, on September 27, 2017, Banco Popular filed a Motion Dismiss [sic] the Complaint to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) (Docket No. 14).
