To the petition for writ of habeas corpus filed by Aaron Anderson (petitioner), treated by our Order of September 1,1977, as a petition for review, the Super 7 intendent of the State Correctional Institution at Graterford and the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (respondents) have filed preliminary objections in the nature of a demurrer.
