OPINION
STERN, District Judge.
This is an action under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34, for injunctive and monetary relief brought by four named plaintiffs on behalf of a class based upon an allegedly violative age-biased corporate policy implemented by defendant Xerox Corporation on a nationwide basis.1 In addition to the claims brought on behalf of the class, the four named plaintiffs individually seek damages based on pendent state law theories of contract and malicious discharge from employment.
