Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Madison County) to vacate an order of respondent Madison County Judge which prohibited petitioners from publishing certain evidence adduced at a suppression hearing.

In March 1988 respondent Candy G. Anderson was charged with murder in the second degree in connection with the death of her infant daughter.
