ORDER ADOPTING REVISION IN AND REPUBLISHING PORTION OF THE RULES OF THE COURT OF CRIMINAL APPEALS

¶ 1 In response to the Oklahoma Legislature’s passage of 22 O.S.Supp.2016, § 977, we find that revision of the Rules for the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals is necessary to ensure the security and proper use of personal identifier information in criminal prosecutions.
