I 1 On September 14, 2001, Petitioner filed in the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma a Motion to Seal Proceedings, Case No. 96,609. The Respondent filed a Response in opposition on September 17, 2001. On September 20, 2001, the Oklahoma Supreme Court transferred to the Court of Criminal Appeals the decision on the threshold issue of closure.
