The defendant George L. Camarillo was found guilty of two violations of section 11501 of the Health and Safety Code. He has appealed from the judgment.

The evidence which supported the case of the People will be stated. Officer Allen of the Los Angeles Police Department testified that he was assigned to work as an undercover agent with respect to traffic in narcotics. On December 22, 1961, at approximately 3:30 p.m., he met the defendant. The officer was accompanied by Tony DeSilvilla and Danny Aleman.
