CHUTICH, Judge.

In these consolidated appeals, appellant Angela Lennartson and respondent Katie Foss (insureds) were involved in separate car accidents, recovered awards in negligence actions, and then received awards in arbitration proceedings under the Minnesota No-Fault Insurance Act (no-fault act) from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, their insurer. State Farm, respondent in the Lennartson appeal and appellant in the Foss appeal, challenges the arbitration awards.
