The defendant issued to the plaintiff’s testator in his lifetime and on the 20th day of December, 1895, a policy of life insurance for $5,000. The annual premium thereon was $304. The policy contained provisions as follows: “ This policy cannot be forfeited after it shall have been in force three full years as hereinafter provided.
