The suit is in mandamus by the people on the relation of the chairman of the republican city central, committee of the republican party of the city and county of Denver, wherein the chairman of the democratic central committee of the democratic party of the same municipality, by proper averments, is shown to have a like interest, and entitled to the same relief to which the Republican chairman is entitled, if any, against Albert E.
