On March 3, 1933, at about the hour of 2 o’clock p. m., a truck loaded with coal, traveling west on Main street in the city of Louisville, Ky., collided with an automobile driven by appellee and plaintiff below, K. L. Bryant, which was traveling on the same street going east; the collision occurring near the junction of Ninth street with Main street, on which the colliding machines were traveling.
