This is an appeal by judgment creditors of the Granite Brick Company, from the decree of the District Court, directing distribution of the proceeds of sale of the property of the corporation, made pursuant to the decree of the court in No. 1307, Granite Brick Co. et al. v. Titus, 226 Fed. 557, - C. C. A. -.
